Absolutely horrible app, doesnt open most if the time and u cant watch clips unless you have twc account... Really , shod have left it ny1....if I could give negative stars I would

The fact that this app has existed for over a year yet no ones reviewed it yet, is a good indication of its failure. NY1 used to have their own app, which was smooth, simple, user-friendly and efficient. NY1 parent company Time-Warner then decided to block that app and replace it with this. The kicker? The new is ONLY for their customers, leaving in the cold the millions of people who watch NY1 outside of Manhattan (Optimum customers) as well as people who follow NY1 online. So to summarize, TW has disabled a perfectly well-working app to replace it with this limited, blocked and elitist piece of doodoo. Everybody knows that today, the goal is to integrate, expand and give access in order to attract customers to your products and services, NOT to limit and restrict. A major fail for this one.

Still waiting for this app to work correctly to allow me access to the live feed. I have been waiting since February for this to work (now its June), and anytime you call TWC tech support, no one has even heard that this app exists.

I really enjoy watching NY1 on my phone in the morning at the gym -- on the rare occasions when the live stream actually works. Its really odd that TWC cant get this right.

Functionally, the app seems quite stable at this early vantage point, as most components interconnect with one another seamlessly. One drawback that im sure will be addressed in the coming days, as this is a virgin app, is the ability to pause or stop live video all the while staying logged in to then be able to watch embedded video that is part of articles. But for a first step, this app takes a giant one. Keep at it!

I want to try the app but my region is Ohio (Cincinnati). TWC please add Ohio so your customer in this region can try the app.

Never connects nor starts up in Raleigh, NC. Please fix.

Though on the twc tv advertisement it showed Ohio. There is no choice for Ohio

TWC needs to add California and other West Coast states to be any good.

Always buffering, receive error codes that "features " are not available.

Who ever heard of a news app without a search function? Haha delete. Believe it or not, time warner, there are other news apps. Your lack of competition for TV has made you cocky.

Why does TWC advertise this in Orange County, California when its news for New York and some east coast states ?!

This app do not load the news using NC Triangle/Sandhills location and will not load any of the other NC live sites

A waste of time from a lousy company.

The last update messed up the back button. Have to restart the app every time after watching a video to use the back button. Very inconvenient.

You cant go back after reading/watching a story. Even after clicking different topics such as sports to weather. Please fix!

Ive been looking for. Straight forward, simple news app for ages and this is it! Thanks for a Good App and Please dont change a thing!

You should allow other non TWC subscribers to paid a monthly fee or a yearly fee to access your channel. Maybe $20 a year or $ 2 a month like Reuters App. Also add real time alerts

Perfect app, am I the only one with a random white box on the home page? After multiple installs and app updates, it doesnt seem like its going anywhere. Please fix it!
